battery tie down???

Are the 02 neons sapposed ti have a battery tie ddown cause i just noticed my dosnt?

pretty sure no 2gns have ties they are held in by a clamp on either side of the battery tray. the battery will slide a bit from left to right if u push on it, so do that and you'll see where its held into place. the batter has a little groove at the base that fits inside a clamp, which must be loosened via screws on the front and back (sucks). if thats what u were asking about then feel free to ask for more info on gettin it off, its tough the first time
