Mustang IAC?

Seen mention of Ford Mustang IAC being used on neons here. My IAC is finally failing to the point of either clean it daily or finally replace it so replacement incoming - any reason to do the mustang IAC with stock TB on 05 SXT?

The Mustang throttle body has been used, and sometimes the TPS from the throttle body, when the voltage output is within parameters, but the IAC, I do not recall seeing.

I have used the neon IAC on the Mustang TB, modifying the TB so the IAC will work, but not the other way around.
