what is wrong with you? so what if its from garrets site? its a good diagram of how turbos operate. stop trying to start stuff. go do that on the other .org. i was about to post that same picture he just beat me. stop being a jackass. if you dont have anythign nice to say dont say anything.

and as for the bung being welded to the mag manifold.. just get a magnum cat, which has 2 bungs already in it (before and after cat) its much easier and proper.

Tubo Manifold does not equal Header.Down Pipe would be a little warmer but then again there is no such thing as a header on a turbo. Turbo spools off of exhaust. A supercharger would have a Header for the fact that it is forced induction through intake manifold from fresh pressurized air run usually by a belt while a turbo utilizes pressurized exhaust gasses to spool turbo

Maybe if you are ever going to own a Turbo car you should do a little research on how a turbo works. IMO Just a Suggestion
there are turbo headers, but certainly not on a neon. just not enough room. a lot of times they also need to be custom made.

Place it on the intake manifold side of the IC on that pipe... dont know why that shows it on the IC in that pic. technically you can put it on either side of the pipe also 8)

some people put it on the IC, some people put it directly after the IC, some people put it just befor the intake manifold.

I used a 2 foot extension for the top cat bolts... thats not too bad but its easier.
