Oh man i am sorry to post a header topic but i couldnt find what i was looking for on this forum or the neons.org forum. My question is from what i read no one can tell me exactly what it takes to put a pacesetter header on a stock exhaust. My other question is what does it take to put the obx header on minus the downpipe. Thanks for any help.

uhhh....
1. take the exhaust manifold off.
2. install header

*edit* oh, i forgot the gaskets, make sure you put the gaskets on.

^dont forget to take the stock exhaust off first haha jk

its a straight bolt on (assuming the pacesetter actually fits). that company is known for making less than quality products... same deal for the obx. only a longtube header would require custom exhaust/downpipe section. the stock exhaust should bolt right up to the new manifold. btw youre doing header BEFORE exhaust? odd..

I have a full catback. I just need to finish up the exhaust by putting the header on. How much work does it take for pacesetter header to fit i have heard that i have to cut a flange off.

IIRC the bolts are welded or pressed on there... take the nuts off, then slide the dp out.
