AC removal

Well since i got my pullie i was thinkin bout taking the Ac out..i knw ill get a 30lbs weigh reduction and a little free-up horsepower..anyone reccomend taking it off..and i havent used my AC ever since i bought the car 2 years ago.so i dont need it..

plus my AC pullie is bent,so cars belt sqeeks when u drive the car when its cold, but after it warms up, u cant even hear the motor except for injectors

i definately recommend pulling that mo'fo out. When I weighed everything it was 24lbs. It sucks quite a bit of performance out of your car even if its not running.....


So yeah.... DO IT 8)

No, you don't.

Once you take it out go to the dealership and get an acr belt and then sell the AC parts to me :D . I took mine out 4 years ago and tried to put it back in 6 months ago and it wouldn't work-I think the compressor is done or its leaking some where.

so is it possible to take the ac out and keep the heater working? I don't use my ac either but in the winter time it gets cold and I'll use that......

Doesn't have anything to do with your heat, as far as I know.
