hey here the deal I have my 03 running on ms feul only but now the seconderies are not opening. I always thought that it only was activated by rpm and tps I didn't screw with that too much the stock ecu still sees the tps and rpms.

Do some research, the Mag manifold will bolt up to the non mag motor, but the secondaries have to be manually setup, the pcm does not know they are there

I already have an 03r/t but nolw that mega squirt is controlling the feul the seconderies won't open so I just want too know if this is normal or did I clip wire somewhere or messed something up. I just want too know before I go buy rpm switch

You mat have clipped a wire or something - I though MS just controlled the A/Fr? But I could know nothing about it... there is a way you can hook it up manually... read in the how too - under make your magnum work like the real thing.

I think the ecu probly has gone into limp mode so that is why they don't open

Try to see if you can pull some codes, if it went into limp mode there should be a hard code stored..
