Hoe do you run the Perfect run
What rpm should you launch at im launching right between 3200 & 3300 and shifting at 6600 past red line what should I b running I a 8 mile
10.85 1/8 @67.37 mph
Heat the slicks up in the burnout box, stage shallow, dumped the clutch on the last yellow from 6500 rpms, turned the nitrous on, shifted at 7200 and went 13.5@103.

Launch RPM is car specific, mounts, tires, mods all come into play.....your going to have to just test that for yourself.
Launch controller comes in handy for this.
I've found revving a stock cam out past 6000 is pointless except for 1st gear. You want the rpms up when going from 1st to 2nd so you don't fall out of the power band after that if your a good driver and can shift your ass off revving past 6000 is pointless. You can feel the powerband fall on its face at 6000. Better off holding gas pedal down and power shifting at 6000.
Also doing a burnout on street tires = pointless.....maybe spin them for a sec if it's cold out but not a burnout like you would with slicks.

But don't street race..!!??If the parts car is cleaner rust wise than your car, swap the inner dash panels (VIN) and use the parts car with your title.
