what mods did you have when you ran that, if any? Looks like a stock with cheaters time.

Whats stock with cheaters?? I didnt really have any major mods..
When I ran the 13.5 I had:
Stage 1
Kinetic WGA(running too much boost and pulling timing)
FG CAI
FG IC pipes
CCA FMIC
Mopar Catback
AGP MM's..
Terrible street tires..

Now i have a full 3in TBE
Clutch
Flywheel
Transmount
MapClamp....
