Well im going to the track on Saturday with the wifes car and thought it would be fun to have alittle poll and see what people think the car will run. When I get back I will post my time slips and we will see who was on the money.

01 R/T With:
.020 over 2.0L balanced and blue printed
Ported and shaved head
Camaro muffler
AEM intake

Thats about all that matters performance wise................
Throw out your guesses

I ran a 15.02 at 94mph last year in a 1998 Neon that I put a bone stock 2.4L in, as you can tell by the trap speed traction is non existant at this track....so keep that in mind.

My guess and I will be happy with anything over this is 15.6

You don't have anything higher than a 16.2 so I can't vote. :D

Regardless, good luck man. I'm sure if you could get some traction, you'd be in the 15's for sure.

Im going to say 15.8 if you hook.I was running my 01 with LTH,Exhaust, head work, and a r/t intake mani and ran 16.1 on bad tires and poor spark.

Good luck and have fun.

It's not so much about hooking as it is controlling the spin.

I ran low 15s in my gutted sohc (at the time) 2g. Stock engine minus srt exhaust and sri. 3.94 trans. So id say 15.5s if you pull out some weight.
