which tires to run

goin to the dragstrip for fun saturday, i have horrible tires for the strip, i have 2 195/65/15 and 2 185/65/15, long story why, which would be more advantageous up front, the wider taller tires or the narrower shorter tires. they are all seasons by the way so im not getting much grip either way

You want the shorter tires. It will give you a closer to stock final drive ratio.

You hurt the final drive a little because the tires are 185/65 instead of 185/60, but it shouldn't hurt much.

that was my thought too, didnt know if 10mm of width would benefit more than shorter ratio

it probably wouldn't even be a full 10mm due to it being on the same size wheel.
