Need sum guidance in relation to Rally with 2GN

i own a '03 Neon SXT and i want to transform this car to a rally beast, but i know its alot harder than just saying it, i kinda still want to drive it on the street, just to cruise not mostly a daily driver. I just dont know where to get started n i was hoping to see if there is anyone here that would be able to help me out maybe give me sum pointers or even suggest sum parts that would come in handy, i just need a point to the right directions.
