HI there, last night when I was driving to work. I found out my whole entire brake lights and 3rd light didn't work.
Today, I went to Auto Zone and bought new fuse since I found out it blew up. The fuse is 15 okay, so I drove back home and I test to see if it work. It didn't work. I came back to Auto Zone again
They said it blew up twice, they said wires somewhere touch and it keep fuse blew up (only fuse that for brake lights/3rd light) I asked them where is wire and they said they don't know.
A guy told me to get fuse 20 and try it. I did and it works. He said just for now, but go and find out where's wires.
I worry, is fuse "20" replace "15" safe for now? where would I find the wires that touch something and keep fuse blow up?
Thank for your time
My neon is 2000

interesting thread you posted. They mentioned whole systems, like headlights, etc. I only had problem with brake lights and 3rd light.
my whole lights work but not that brake light and 3rd light. do you think it might relates to Multifunction switch? I'd be damn if its them. 133 dollars...ouch damn
what about fuse "20" on fuse 15 place?
