There used to be someplace on ebay that sold chrome oil powersterring caps, etc. along with other dress up parts. But they were all sold seperate. Not sure if they are still on ebay or not.

Actually....check the PT Cruiser sites...lots of chrome underhood bits available there.....

just go crazy with the engine enamel. i think they even make a chrome one...

there is a guy on neons.org that makes billet parts for under the hood, and there is a place called showparts.net that makes billet srt parts. Ive pretty much just peiced all my billet stuff togethere from different places and companies. No one sells a complete set.
