Well Ive had the problem b4 and its been back for pretty much never went away and my car drops to 500 rpm and idles there and basicly starts like a vibration on the whole car.
This happened from putting on my borla exhaust.. I thought it could of been my stock air box and now with a aem intake which didnt help the problem I was told some1 fixed it by drilling a hole in throttle body butterfly plate thinger and that brought the idle back up to the usual 900 rpm.. I did this but it did't pull it back up to normal, My question is... Would getting a larger throttle body solve the problem ? If so what a good size to go ? What difference between different tb's And Where can I get one at a good price ?
Any help and suggestions is appreciated.

Ah I see, Do you have stock exhaust ? Or what kind do you have ?
I dont really know difference in different tb's But i'm guessing popssibly my problem is that at idle the car isnt getting enough air anymore with the bigger exhaust so the bigger tb will let more air through at idle ?

My stock TB has an idle adjustment screw, I assumed all 2gns came with them. The installation of a catback exhaust really has no way of affecting the way your car idles. A CAI (especially a brand name one that uses the oem sensors) will not cause this either, unless you installed it wrong. Installing new parts in attempt to fix a problem is the worst way to go about this type of issue. Neither is drilling holes in your throttle plate. If you have the resources, check your sensors (TPS, IAC, IAT, etc) for proper operation using a DMM. If your car is eqipped with an idle adjustment screw (under the back side of the TB, below the cable), try raising the idle that way. Pull the OBDII codes from the dash display. If you get something like P-0508, then the IAC is at fault. Could be dirty or damaged.

your borla exhaust should not be your problem and neither should your intake. I would take a look at your IAC(idle air control valve) located on the top of your TB. If this is real dirty, look like black sute, clean it off and see if that helps.

I also have heard on SRTforums that the stock ground wires are junk. Upgrading them smoothed out idle for alot of the mebers that did this. I have it on my car but I have solid mounts and AM T/B so im not sure if it helped me much others then help the lights from dimming.

The side is the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) and the top metal one is the IAC (Idle Air Control).

Are they in a housing, I know they look like that little red thinger that you push or pull or w/e to get off but I didnt want to brake it, I pulled out the whole IAC and it was just a blk plastic piece, I'm guessing the sensor is inside ?

the TPS is held in with two torx screws. I forget the exact size, but its relatively small.
The IAC is the aluminum piece that is mounted directly over the throttle plate (on the TB). It is attached by two 8mm(?) screws.
Other common things that cause erratic idle include:
-Vacuum leaks, even minor ones.
-Poor grounds

Be sure to keep these kinds of sensors very clean when taking them apart. Use a can of air spray (like the computer cleaning stuff) or if you have access to compressed air, spray a bit on the IAC to clean it out. It should be spic and span, unless you ran the car without an air filter or something.

TPS looks ok from what I can see. Those are some terrible pics though, especially when youre trying to show dirt. haha
Did you check the IAC? That's much more likely to be affected by dirt than the TPS
