Fuel Enjection system to rich?

could this be becasue my upper 02 sensor is ONLY reading cylinder #1 not all 4??????

you have an o2 sensor for just one cylinder? Hows that?

lol sorry let me explain.
my o2 sennsor is in my header (lth) and it is in the runner that comes off of cylinder #4 sorry NOT 1..
should I move it down to the collector so it reads ALL the exhaust flow NOT just off of cylinder #4
?

Move it down to the collector. It only makes sense to do it that way.
