2gn neon w/ a DOHC R/T head from a 1gn?

I have been offered a 1gn R/T DOHC head. I was wanting to know what i would have to do, PCM related, to get it to work. I know I would have to use the idler pulley on the head and the 2.0 DOHC timing belt. Anything else could be worked out later. Would I need an SAFC, MS or could I use the stock computer and just hook up the cam sensor to the intake ONLY?

That thread was helpful. I'm guessing no SAFC will work?
