tick tick tick HELP!!!!

i would have but its to f'in cold here and i didnt feel like problem solving.
im so pissed at the guy who "did the belts the first time"

and it was the belt that goes on power steering and the a/c. the one you can see from the pass side front tire.

and the only reason i had the guy do the belts was cuz i didnt feel like taking half the engine off to do the tensioner for that.
