Well, I'll say I've had no problems with *water intake* with my Iceman. I did have one serious problem with it, but that's in another thread :).
i know this is super late lol but no nothing diff sit in same position i got a 03 R/T my buddy has the SRT and they sit the same and are the same fog lights lol might sit a bit lower thats all but i got myself a Injen CAI best thing i ever got sits nowhere near the flog light housing or anything nicely high up about half the rim to eat enough to blow the motor id say....

and we got one fuckin retarded winter here in canada lol and i havent had a problem CAI wa son all winter long yes i didge every puddle i could or went super slow not to suck water up but never had a prob hope it helps.....

and the iceman is designed diff then AEM or Injen id swap setups

i ran my injen with out an inner fender liner for 4 months during winter and othere than ice forming on the filter from slush and water never caused me a problem and that was with the aem dry flow filter i had on it. and my car was a base 03
