threw it on yesterday and today i noticed that one of my injectors is letting air though arround the preimiter. im thinking its an o-ring but do i have to change the rings or injectors because of the change from plastic to metal? I should also add that all the other injectors are perfectly fine.
has anyone else ran into this problem and if so is there an easy fix without having to take a drive to the dealer or before i try anything

I never had this problem with mine. Might want to get some new O rings. You should use some type of water based lubricant when installing them so that they slide in nicely.

took it out today and checked it yea the o-ring was torn a little, i moved the injector from outside to inside and turned the tear facing the bolt, and this time when i bolted the rail in i did it evenly insead of one bolt at a time, leak is 100% gone.... but for how long?
anyway also i have noticed that when i turn my car on the RPM's jump alot higher with the new manifold and the secondaries arent hooked up yet (still waiting for the window switch from harlan) is this a common occurance
Review:
my butterflies still arent hooked up yet and with just running on the primaries ive noticed some power at mid-end, bottom end was unchanged, ive already have gained alot on top end (free flow dual exaust from pacesetter) and the mag didnt change anything here except ive noticed the car accelerates smoother all arround more so in this area, there used to be a point arround 4.5k where the car lurched forward along with a drastic tone change, now its gradual and starts arround 4k with the same result. tone has changed to a smoother more factory-ish tone.
i was actually sceptical this would do something without the cam and head change but it has done some without the secondaries, i cant wait till the harlan comes in

Never had the problem with the mag swap, but I did have issue on another car with stock intake and injectors where the o-rings when bad. Spent $8 at a local hydraulics shop for new viton seals and life has been good ever since.

had the same issue with higher idle when i'd first start my car, solved the issue by adjusting the throttle stop screw down a turn-or-so.
that vacuum leak around the injector will also cause a high, or unsteady idle.
