Has anyone heard a neon with the pacesetter cat-back exhaust? I tried the tube but nothing. I heard other vehicles and they sound just like a big ole fart can. If thats the case i won't buy the exhaust.
Edit: This is my exhaust right now. Its a 24 inch long 3.5 inch tip. I have to have a muffler in new york and i'm sick of switching the tip and muffler when i go back to new york.

Well thats not good seeing as it's stainless steel. I guess i'll just stick a glasspack on it with the tip.

Pacesetter is known for sounding like crap on 4 cyl. engines, especially hondas. You could put a qauality muffler on and call it a day.
5x9 oval mufflers (18in. x 24in.) fit the stock muffler location perfect. I prefer magnaflow, but flowmaster, borla, dynomax are good as well. I'm sure I probably missed a few in there.

I have the 12266, but they have the single exit as well.

your stock tubing is big enough to flow reasonably well. There isn't a lot of restriction, and I don't know of a place that makes larger piping unless it's for an SRT-4, then you get into concerns of keeping your car street legal.
Pacesetter does sound horrible I will agree. Keep your stock pipes, and replace your muffler. That is where the MAJOR restriction is.

Alright, i'll throw a glasspack on it and keep the tip. Thank you all for your input.

weld up a 2.5" catback or if you cant weld go to a exhaust shop to do it, thats what i did and it sounds great. (deep sound instead of the ricey honda sound)

borla, or other similar mufflers sound nice. Thermal r&d makes a very nice axel-back muffler, but they're a little expensive. no real need to get a full exhaust, just a nice muffler

I ended up putting a thrush glasspack on it.
