When was the last time you had the car tuned up? Are the plugs gapped correctly? Injectors clogged possibly? I'd start there, or it may be a case of bad fuel as well...

OK regarding the wires, I see you have Magnacores which aren't the best quality unfortunately. I know from experience going through 3 sets of their wires that arced + failed BACK TO BACK so I say start there. Get yourself a set of Crane 8.5mm Firewires; yes they're not a pretty red or blue but they work and that's the goal  . Opinions vary, but a good tuneup consists of: new plugs, new wires if needed, oil + oil filter change (motor and tranny if both are needed), and a new air filter or cleaning of the filter element in your CAI. Again depending on who you ask, some just do plugs and wires, others go the whole nine yards and do what's listed and maybe 1 or 2 other things I may not have mentioned. As far as the fuel injectors: the easiest way (the lazy way honestly  ) is to run a bottle of good quality fuel injector cleaner through the gas tank (I like Lucas' F.I.C.). You basically pour a bottle in the tank with a fill-up and it helps clean the injectors. The more involved ways require either testing the resistance of the fuel injectors to make sure they're each operating correctly to pulling them and checking them physically. That's not my area of expertise but I'm sure someone else may chime in regarding checking out the injectors.
