uh... no. That is probably at the flywheel. Not the at the wheels.

which would be (c)rank hp.... LOL. 150 - (150 * .15) = approxemate stock whp on a magnum car.

I think you misunderstand. He/she knows it's flywheel (crank) and wants to know how much at the wheels.
