solid inserts for the upper and lower mounts

where can i find a set of solid inserts for these mounts or does anyone have them or is there a "cheaper" way to fill them because i know awhile back someone told an easy way to just fill them with something but i dont remember what it was...help

also does ne1 know who sells the solid inerts for these and the part numbers..?

haha, I got the red race inserts from modern, and what a difference! definitely recommended!

yeah i was looking at them bc i want to autocross next season and try to beat out my friends sunfire and the reds are reco'd for it
