Ok, So I put motor mount inserts in the top and bottom mount a few weeks ago...When I first put them in, it felt great. There was no lag between the motor and the ground, and things felt very 'solid.' But now, just a few weeks later, it feels just as it did before...I'm not sure why, I don't abuse the car. I launch hard occasionally, but not alot...the only thing I can think of that might have caused an issue is when I was driving home from class the other day, I had an incident.....some chick passed me on the wrong side of a 4 lane road, into oncoming traffic, and when she pulled in, she slammed on the breaks! I slammed mine on instantly, and slid into her rear end (<---someones future sig....haha) but it was just a tap. no damage to my car, or hers.....well she stepped on it before i had even let off of the brakes, and just took off! I stepped on it to follow her, get her plate etc....and I was about to pull up beside her in the second lane, when she cuts in front of me again! I hit the brakes, and she pushed me into the curb....(a couple scrathes on the passenger front wheel, no big deal)....then proceeds to take off again, and i got stuck at a red light......
Im wondering if this could have caused some damage to one of the mounts, or to the tranny mount.....would that be possible?
the car is not out of allignment, no damage whatsoever, so I'm not sure....
Any ideas? it feels exactly like it did before installing the inserts....
thanks in advance for any info
Need some opinions and advice

the only reason i say it isn't out is that I had it aligned when i installed the inserts (got new front tires that day), and I could cruise down the intersate for forever not touching the wheel..............but I am by no means an expert....haha
when I hit her, it was a very VERY slight tap,

If the trans mount and center engine mount are worn, it will act very much the same way it did before you put the MM inserts in the torque struts. The movement just swapped places is all.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.
