Would a CAI from a 1gn fit on a 2gn...ive noticed that the 1gn CAI kist are ALOT more cheaper then the 2gn's?????

No it wouldn't work without modification, the throttle body mount on the mani is way different.
Just either make your own or remove the silencing chamber in the fender and run a 3" shop vac hose up to the intake box, its REALLY effective and costs less then $5. Assuming you already have a drop in filter like a K&N or similar.

Well if you wanted optimum performance you would keep the box and cover and run the shopvac hose to the inlet on the box. This way you get all the cold air rammed up the hose and the box contains it all and insulates from heat. It really works great. Just have that hose their even with the lid off helps flow cold air on the filter.
If your more concerned with looks then you can just fabb up a TB support and it will be just fine (IE You could cut up all of the box except the part that haolds the TB maybe? IDK just a cheap Idea)
