im pretty sure that there isnt one thats going to say for us regular neons but i think that srt-4 one will work on a regular second gen neon.

the coil is the same, but the wires are different lengths. Check out modern performance, i believe they have that stuff.

I hate to be a buzzkill, but the msd won't do much of anything on our cars. Our direct ignition system is adequate for just about anything short of a stage 3 turbo setup. The turbo'd 420a eclipse/avenger/1g neons have proven that already. If anything, better plug wires are all you need. Nology is probably the best out there, really pricey though.

If you're running a standalone the msd might be more adjustable though, just thought I would add that. Distributor ignitions will see an improvement, especially older model V8 engines.

Multiple/longer duration sparks may give a slight edge, but the coil it's self will prolly do little or nothing. You will need an add on unit for the former.
edit:
If that's what Donkeypuncher was hinting at.

Yeah that's what I was hinting at, wasn't sure if you were getting just the coil though. Word on the street is that msd and screamin demon coils have a higher failure rate than the oem coil, I couldn't say from experience though.

Tape the towers/connectors off and paint it red! I have painted my coil, and it is still on there after a year+
