under drive pulley install

under drive pulley install

trying to put on an under drive pulley on my 05 neon sxt. the crank shaft pulley wont come off. Tried everything. Any ideas?

did you try a pully-puller? thats what i used to get mine off, along with a torch

Tried it, well sort of. We had a couple of little torch lighters on it, but it didn't seem to do much. I'm gonna try to get a hold of a puller with a slide hammer on it, and possibly a good torch.

Took me 5 minutes to get the pulley all the way off with the chrysler specific autozone puller.

Edit: Went to a different Autozone and got the Chrysler puller, it's all done now.
