Not many, 98 rts are dohc and your 04 sxt is sohc.

Pretty sure it won't line up, I could be wrong though. I have a 97 R/T sitting in my driveway, Im hoping to use the MTX tranny.

You can use all of it if you know how, but none of it is a simple bolt-on affair. Asking if you can implies that you're not ready.
ASP - First NGC SOHC in the 13s and the 12s. First SOHC neon over 500whp. First NGC Neon on MS.

honestly, i didnt think of it that way..it makes sense though..i just delete it cuz i dont want that same old question asked over and over on my head..cuz after i asked it i realized that it has probably been asked over and over...

i know better than that..and i usually do search.
