throttle make interesting sound

when the engine idle, the throttle body just make some whistle sound. even when i hit the gas, it make some sound like a turbo "sh........". is it a throttle body leak, or something else, or some guys told me that i needa clean the throttle... thanks.

There may be crud biult up on the throttle plate causing a whistle. Check the bellows tube for leaks/tightness also.

take the throttle body out completly and wash it out all of it and let it dry thruoally(sp) then install and as good as new, mine did the same thing just clean it. it will be fine then.

Mine whistles like a turbo at part throttle while driving, but I think that's normal. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to do it at idle though.

That noise is normal from what I experienced when I had an Iceman CAI. Most people with a CAI experience the same noise, too.

h mine does it to at part throttle but when idleing it's cuz the throttle body is dirty.
