i tihnk you can find better deals than that. i paid $70 for the full stock srt4 cat-back 3 years ago. i wouldn't expect to pay more than around 80 bux for the axle back.
edit: try looking on srtforums or even cragslist

That is a junkyard selling that rear section, they are known for jacking up the price.
