ok u have alot of oil on the # 3 spark plug, i know what this is from, and i know how to fix this, but my question is, i was changing the plugs bc its been skipping unless im like @ wot ( during that its fine) it idles fine, its just if im driving normal non aggressive etc, it seems to skip, there is no cel, but i cant get the #3 or 4 plug out, i have changed the 1 and 2 plugs, and all 4 plug wires, i dont want to put to much pressure on the plugs bc im afraig of either breaking them off inside or bringing the threads out with them, o ya and i had to tap the #3 plug sleave back down bc it was atleast 1/4 " out the top of the valve cover!, does anyone know how i can get these plugs out with out messing up where the plugs go?

Try something like a PB Blaster soak, or AeroKroil. Anything to loosen the steel/aluminum thread bonding.

To reduce the chance of pulling the threads, wait till the engine is cool.

Or you could try something a little out of the box. Wait till the engine is warm, but not operating temperature. Put your WD40 in the freezer. Spray into the spark plug tube, and wait a few seconds, then try breaking the plug loose. Hopefully the head has enough mass to retain the warmth, but the plug will cool enough to shrink a bit, breaking the bond. If you do this hot, the porcelin may crack. It may crack anyways, but plugs are usually pretty durable. Otherwise there would be alot of 4WD's stuck in mud puddles.

Yeah, there's an old-school method right there! And it definitely does work. Like he said, don't do it hot, like after you've driven around for a half hour. Run it a little bit, then try it.
