engine shake

when driving on highway and sometimes above 20 mph, I go to let off the gas and it feels like the engine jerks back and forth. Which mount controls the back and forth motion?
Upper and lower torque struts. Passenger side the top is easy to see, it goes from the valve cover area to the strut tower.
Inserts may help, depending on how bad the rubbers are in the ends. The best thing is to replace the struts, and put inserts in the new ones, so they will last.
