Battery Tender question.

My car has been hooked up to a Deltran Dry Cell Battery Tender for the past couple months. It has two light indicators on it. One is Charging (red) and the other is Storage mode (green). It has been solid green for the past two months.
Two nights ago we lost power, and after the power came back on today, I noticed that the Red light (charging) is on solid, and the storage light (green) is flashing on and off at a steady pace. I can't find in the instructions what this means. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Top of page 4:

ALTERNATING RED & GREEN LIGHTS FLASHING (PLUS) or SINGLE LIGHT ORANGE (JUNIOR)- This is abnormal and most likely indicates either that the battery is sulfated or that there is a poor electrical connection between the charger DC output and the battery posts. For the BT Plus models it may indicate a reverse polarity connection on the DC output cables (the battery is hooked up backwards).

They aren't alternating. The Red light is solid, and the green light is flashing. I THINK it might mean it's nearing full charge, but I don't know why it wouldn't be fully charged already. It hasn't been used and has been indicating full charge for 2 months.

How about this one from that same link:
GREEN LIGHT FLASHING – When the green light is flashing, the battery is greater than 80% charged. For BT Plus models the red light will also be on steady.

we run yuasa tenders. and when the power is lost ours will do sort of the same thing (flashing red or only constant red).. We have to unplug the tender and unhook from battery and then plug it all back up.. If that doesn't work with ours the tender is fried... just my .02 on our tender... most of the time unplugging everything works for ours
