moroso oil pan need Help

Post by acr » Wed May 05, 2010 11:49 am

I just bought a moroso oil pan, and my only issue as far as fitment goes is the the braket/mount that connects to the lower engine mount hits the oil pan.

Im not sure if I need a different mount maybe one from an srt, by the way I have 00 neon.

Has anyone else ran into this problem? I need to find a solution asap, otherwise im going to have to put my old oil pan back in.

Any pictures of current installs would be great.

Thanks

Does it hit it while trying to get the pan in position, or when positioned right? You might want to try unbolting the torque strut, putting the pan on, then replacing the torque strut. Its weird that its happening to you since it seems to be a Canton pan problem.
