So on the 03 neons we got the removable cap at the end of the fuel rail.
im going to tap into the end for a fuel pressure gauge.
im been searching around and found that i have to remove the needle that in there, is that correct ? and how do i go about doing this.. do i just grab it and pull it out..?
also whats the size of the outside thread so i can go find a T-Fitting in the morning.

If you have a valve stem remover for your wheels that will make pulling it out a lot easier. Also search around on the thread size I remember a thread asking about it but can't seem to find it now, 4an maybe? Im probably wrong

Before you pull the stem out, unplug your fuel pump relay and let the car run. That will keep you from getting a face full of gas.

58 psi +/- 5 psi. So you have a range of 53 to 63 psi to be in spec.
Most of the time, it is dead on at 58.
