ok guys I have a couple of questions for ya ...so I have done a test and want your opinion on if I have a bad fuel economy issue...
Picture one: is from a full tank and the TRIP says 325.6 KM ...which is 202.31846 miles
Picture Two: And this is how much fuel I had left....Then After I re-filled up I determined that there would have been approx 9 liters of fuel left in the tank..so with approx 9 liters left and 202.3 miles on the clock do I have a fuel issue?

I drove My Neon till it "SOLD" And then bought a Mazda 3 Skyactiv

What was the actual number of liters added to the tank? I'm guessing about 38L.
The gauge isn't an accurate measure, it's definitely for reference only.

Drive this tank down and fill it up the same way. Then report back how far you drive and how many liters you add.
I suspect that if you are mostly city driving it is probably ok. Probably around 25 US MPG which is ok, imo.

I think it's fine but drive it around again and see what it ends up.
Auto trans + stop and go = not the best gas mileage.

I have a 2000 ES mtx and it gets about the same as your car. 25 TO 28MPG around town and 35 to 37 on the highway. My mileage def depends on how good I am to it. But let's be honest, my right foot is about 3 times the size of my left lol. To my knowledge all the sensors on mine are factory and it does fine. You might want to check for dragging brakes, but I agree there is probably no real issue.
