Every time it rains my cars go nuts. It starts normal and then when i accelerate I have a high pitch squeal, it only squeals when my gas pedal is in a certain position. Also it'll start accelerating and then it'll sound like it's back firing but it's not, and the car like stutters. I did notice though after I was done driving I checked my o2 sensor in my CAI and it was a little wet, possibly the cause? I have a recording of the noise I just don't know how to upload it.

I would think the sqeal has something to do with your belts. Mine did that and I had to replace the tensioner pully.
The stuttering thing I wouldn't be 100% on..I had one that took me and Fuzzyneon a long time to figure out.

Check the tension on your belts. You can tension your alternator belt by loosening the passenger side horizontal pivot bolts and then adjusting the bolt facing the firewall.

That would be the IAT sensor in your CAI. If the plug wires (insulation) are getting weak and moisture is getting to them it would misfire. Try spraying a light mist on them to see if it duplicates the problem.

Ohh ok, not an o2 sensor then haha. Ill try to duplicate that. Does anyone know how to post a sound file? I bet someone would recognize the sound if I could post it.

You could try Photobucket. IDK if it will work, I haven't tried just an mp3 file.
