is the pulley designed to be able to remove the tb cover without removal of the whole udp?

I didn't have an UO UDP, but it had the removable pulley, with the hub/three bolts. The timing cover would still need the hole enlarged a little to slide over the hub. I think others have done just that.

yeah bill is right. you just have to make the hole a little larger so the cover will slide over the hub. i just put one on my car a few days ago and while i had the cover off i used a razor blade to cut around the first "ring" in the cover. hope that helps
