I bought a header for my sohc 05 neon and i got it and i noticed that one of the ports that bolt on to the engine is not completly aligned with the others. it is a little below the other 3. i have not put it on cause i dont wont to take everything off and have it leak or not fit completly. can some one help me out if it is suppossed to be like that?

that's going to be a problem. Contact the seller and see what they will do for you, word to the wise, spend more to get a brand name product. Most of the ebay stuff is chinese knock-off garbage.

Chances are if the bolts will still go into the head, they won't do much about that. It will prolly draw down flat. Once it has heat cycled, it will likely loose some of the tension, and be square with the other flanges. That is likely from it being removed from the fixture too soon when it was made. The welds cooling pulled the runners out of spec. If it had been left in the fixture to cool it may have moved, but not to that extent. But that cuts down on production.

You can try to get a refund, but chances are, they will just want to send you another one just like it.
