neon making funny noise? Please Help! need input!

after i drive my neon around a bit i notice an annoying hum coming from the serpantine belt area i was thinking maybe it was air getting into the power steering hoses or something but i really cant determine where it is coming from.
I will post a video of it tomorrow to help figure out what it is.

Did you check the PS fluid level? Could also be the tensioner idler pulley/alternator bearing/timing belt tensioner, etc.

yes it was a little low but i filled it up yesterday and still the noise. i will post a vid of it tomorrow.

I would suggest removing the belts one at a time to narrow it down.
