At least the bolt broke where it did. If you can get the other 3 out in one piece, you could use vice grips to get it out. Just start soaking them all with penetrating oil. If the coil ever takes a poop, you're gonna need to get those out. Just get a propane torch to heat the bolt good before removing it. (after the coil is slid off of it)
Otherwise it may break off flush in the VC.
Then get some new bolts from the hardware store, and some anti seize if you don't already have some. You should be putting a small dab on the spark plug threads, as they can occasionally weld themselves to the head. Not fun. And never remove them from a hot engine if possible. They tend to gall up more often, when removing hot, vs cold.

Oh wait, crap, you haz the plastic VC. Disregard the "heating the bolt" part.
Coil takes a shit, factor in a 1gn VC conversion, in addition to coil replacement.
