It sounds like it is definitely missing. Have you tried to check for an intake leak with penetrating oil, or carb cleaner?
If that doesn't make a difference, you may need to pull the rocker cover to see if all the rockers are intact, or a cam lobe hasn't been worn.
I don't think it is your coil, it would/should have a code/CEL. It would be missing on two cylinders also.

i also noticed this
would this affect it
ill try the carb cleaner

Wow, your engine is prolly gunked up inside, as that is what pulls moisture, etc out of the crankcase. The PCV valve is a $10 part at the most. that elbow with the bolt in it goes onto the valve, but somehow it had been broken. Just unscrew it, and when putting a new one in, only snug it up, as over tightening can crack the valve cover.
You may need to have an engine flush to remove any gunk/sludge. I would pull the valve cover just to see how bad it is, if it has been that way for a long time. It is anybody's guess as to what has happened in there with likely milky oil from the moisture not being pulled out.

would that be causing the noise?
is the safe to drive? i dont want it to break down on me

I doubt that is what's making the noise, but might have contributed to the cause. You may have a collapsed lash adjuster, it is hard to tell from the video. There could be enough sludge in there, it is deadening the noise. It needs something done relatively soon, or it will eventually quit. It is tough to say if there is any damage that can't be repaired by a good cleaning, and replacing a few parts. Depending on how gooped up it is in there, the oil pan may need to come off too, to get as much sludge wiped off the internal parts as possible. A flush may only result in clogging the oil pump pick up screen.

yeah i dont want to clog that up
what about the fuel filter

Fuel filter is inside the fuel regulator, it can be replaced very simply if you desired...

It rarely clogs up tho, unless you get some seriously crappy fuel. It is on top of the fuel pump module, on the outside of the tank. It is on the front side top. But it isn't cheap. Around $100ish.
FWIW, I have 164,000 miles on mine.

okay so heres the update... took off the cat again stuck my blower into the exhaust and it blew out the other end fine... so i doubt theres a clog in the exhaust... put the cat back on and cleaned the IAC... the car still makes a little put put put put noise... but does not shake as nearly as much and there is not much of difference between Park and drive now...
the sound comes from under the car... not the motor
i feel a lot safer driving it
think it could still be the fuel filter... worth changing?
also noticed the cat doesnt have the support bracket like in the FSM... is that big deal?

i keep throwing the P0304 code
so i take the spark plug out clean and put it back in.. and its okay for a day or so til the code comes back
also acceleration is aweful... to the point where i have people beeping at me... and then the check engine light will beep and blink
The car also shakes alot... i'm wondering if its cause of the missing bracket... it also makes a loud ticking from under the car... sound like its coming from the flex pipe
I dont know where to start

Just because you were able to blow air through the cat dosn't mean that it's not plugged up enough for the engine to run rough.
Try this if you can...unbolt the cat and tie it up somehow so it doesn't drag, drive the car and see how it does.

Number 4 is missing from either a bad plug/plug wire/intake gasket/head gasket/bad rocker assy/bad cam/bad valve. Your next step would be a compression test to see if that is good or bad, and how it compares to the other cylinders. A misfire code may not set immediately, so cleaning the plug isn't a guarantee it is actually firing. The misfire monitor goes by crank speed, not whether or not there is spark.
Edit: I would pull the injector connector from #4 until you get it figured out. All that unburned fuel isn't doing anything any favors.

Ah, sorry. I missed the post where you said you replaced it.
You problem is either going to be fuel or ignition on the #4 cylinder. There are some basic things you can do to help track it down (and I'm sorry if I missed you trying these already). These will involve some time and the ability to clear codes.
Do these one at a time. Don't do them together because you won't know what points to the problem. Reset the codes (if any) between each test.
Swap #4 plug (doesn't matter with which one)
Swap the #4 plug wire with #1
Swap #4 injector (dosn't matter with which one).
If the mis-fire code dosn't change to the cylinder you swapped the part from, then you are looking at a bad coil, no driver signal to the #4 injector, or a mechanical problem in the head.

If you are going to swap injectors, pull the fuel pump relay, and start the engine. Let it run until it dies. This will release the pressure in the fuel system. It also prevents the fuel pump from accidentally being turned on while it is apart.

well i just changed the plugs and wire... the plugs twice in the last month
