Long Cranking but starts
On the way home from a friends house in mother natures PMS session where it was raining pretty hard and winds were high I drove into a puddle that was actually really deep, hydroplaned and the car got soaked. However after that it now takes up to a minute to start. It's a long crank then it starts. I thought something must of got wet and it needed time to dry off I even drove it to a swap meet yesterday so it can drive off. It started fine. This morning it started up perfectly fine. Now before I left my class it had a long crank again. Could something still be wet? Or something electrical hit the shitter? I just got my car back after hitting a pot hole and replacing front end parts. Every fucking week it's something different to hit the shitter.

look into your plugs and wires, as well as your coil pack.
if thats all fine, check your filter see if its clean as well as throttle sensors.
maybe ur injectors are clogged?
just some ideas

Was the water high enough to be ingested into the engine? Water collecting in the cylinders, though not necessarily enough to lock it, might be preventing proper ignition on startup. Pull the intake apart and make sure it is dry all the way to the valves. Also, to be sure, use low psi compressed air to blow excess water from electrical plugs and components.

Check your relays in the PDC. Not sure if it could have gotten in there well enough to do much, but it is possible moisture is trapped inside them. Might be having trouble getting a good contact for the fuel pump.
Plus what OB said, pull the connectors off the sensors/coil, and check for moisture.

no moisture in the plugs, plugs and everything are connected. That was the first thing I checked. I know I had to somewhat ghetto rig my positive cable earlier in the year because the connection was bad I checked that too that was okay. When I start I hear the fuel pump run. The water was pretty high. I did spray carburetor cleaner in the Air hose, and the Air Filter is new I changed it with my oil 1k miles ago.

Your IAC motor may be hanging in the hot idle position, not letting enough air in. It normally goes wide open while cranking. Try pushing the pedal just slightly while cranking to see if it helps.

Meh, it was worth a shot....
Could just be coincidence, and the CPS or crank sensor is getting weak. I think that has been known to cause longer cranking before firing.

I'm thinking it's the CKPS that got water in the connection, but I'm not 100% of the location of where it is. I've looked on Alldata and this is the picture I got:
I don't know where the hell that is I got another picture and it looks like it's near the starter motor underneath the knock sensor. if anyone can tell me a definite answer so I can check it out.

That's the same pic in my FSM. CKP is right under the starter motor, you can't see it from above without a mirror.

Just for reference, the 95-02 is above the oil filter.

I have MSD wires and coil and they were installed around mid october '10.
However, I failed to do the little detail. First, I had a bad batch of gas had some water in the tank. Second if it was a CKPS I the MIL would be on. So I hooked up a scan tool up turns out my Camshaft sensor is not being read, so I think i may have found the problem.
*EDIT*
It's not long cranking anymore after I changed the sensor but there is a magnet in there that I didn't change and now I'm getting P0344 as a code. It's a Camshaft Sensor A Bank 1 or something like that. So could it be bad wiring or the magnet?

The target magnet for the CPS can be reused as long as it didn't break or move while you were in there. It is indexed to the cam, so it would basically have to break in order to not line up. It's possible that the sensor wasn't the problem. Check the connector and make sure the contacts are clean and straight. If not that, could be the wiring, or even the PCM. That code only means that there is an intermittent signal from the sensor to the PCM; it can be any part of the circuit. It's also possible that the new sensor is faulty, though unlikely. Did you have a code for the cam sensor beforehand?

Did you by chance attempt to start or key on with the connector unplugged?
If it currently starts and runs fine, disconnect the battery, reach in and turn the headlight switch on and off, then reconnect the battery. Then start it and see if the code reappears. If so, then it is time to check your wiring/connectors, and hope the CPS you just bought isn't the problem.
