Is there a thread about the installation process, a how to thread?
Also could someone link or send me a pdf or jpegs of the installation sheet modern gives you "if" they give you one at all just for reference. Any help would be appreciated.

AFIAK, there isn't any specific thread, or way to mount it. Some have made adapters to bolt it directly to the air box like the oem one, and others have made a bracket to mount it to the core support/battery tray, or with their CAI tubing tabs. Search through PL's etc for pics. IIRC, there is a "Show off your CAI" thread that has quite a few pics for reference.
