R/T exhaust question
is there any way i can take most of the rust off and refinish it without the shiny chrome, and maybe put on high temp satin black enamel paint? is that possible? how hot does the exhaust system run anyways?

Give that stuff a shot. There's many other products out there that do the same thing.
Sand it heavily, and then clean it with acetone.
Then you should be good to paint
