anything missing on my engine?

This is the place to ask questions about your engine components like cams, valves, pistons… just anything that is generally "engine" specific. This also includes questions about exhaust systems such as exhaust manifolds, piping size, mufflers, ect...

anything missing on my engine?

Post by brybry » Mon Sep 05, 2011 10:13 pm

As i see my engine, i think somethings are missing, but i can't tell what exactly, :tardbang: i have several plugs with nothing attached... but i think some of them are plugs that are from the windshield water sprayer and the light for under the hood, which are those 2 plugs located behind the brake fluid container. Also i found a plugs with duct tape all around that isn't connected as well... im super confused on what the car needs. I'll admit that my car isn't at 100% cuz i have the check engine light for more than a year!!:tardbang: can u guys locate if anything is missing according to the picture here

If you have a check engine light then you should pull the codes to figure out
what's wrong and maybe that will tell you what's missing.

Looking at it from here, your blinker fluid is a bit low, but its tough to tell whats missing from a picture.

yeah i can do that, but just getting a diagnostics over here is ridiculous, 100 dollars!! f*** that! I'll just wait in a few weeks when my automotive class starts  they have scanners to check alarm faults  And as for the turbo, well thats a project i wish to initiate some time soon, with all the mods, iv done to the car, i barely lost to a Cellica GTS i was surprised that i wasn't that far behind him...

That could have been searched too

I hope you don't think of me as a complete dick. Just trying to raise
the "search button" awareness since we get a lot of the same questions

They shouldn't be charging you anything to just use there code reader/scanner if they are they are major douches. I have had the local dodge dealership here in Eugene, Oregon do it for me free twice. I just asked.
