What power steering belt am I supposed to use for it? The dayco belt that comes with the new version of the udp is the one I got but my mechanic said its too big.. Is the ps and ac belt for the original udp different?

What version you get?....when i got V1 a long time ago, it came with two belts because its a 50/50 or something.

I got it off someone on here without the belts. It.s the old version. I figured out would use the same belt as the new version but I guess not

AFAIK, all UDPs use the same diameter for the pulley(s). So the belts should be the same.

Well, i received two belts when i order'd it. I have Dayco #5040500 (038244150281) and #5040305 (038244122738).

There is also the ebay UDP sticky, with various brands/PNs for belts.

yea those are the belts I ordered from advance auto. Contacted modern performance and they said for some reason, some neons need a size or 2 smaller belt, they aren't sure y that is..
