I am in the process of porting my cylinder head for my turbo setup intake side is complete now its time to move to the exhaust side. I am wondering about the exhaust humps on the bottom of the ports. How far can you take them down until you hit the water jacket? Can you take the down far enough to elimnate them completely and contour it to the floor of the port?

Yes you can remove them or at least 1/2" of them to smooth the flow..
