people dont turbo neons.

we supercharge them.
ebay sells an electircal unit for 50$ or so dollars, that when combined with the 20+hp chip (also avalible on ebaay) makes our neons pull 03 cobras.

i have both and recently beat a turbo hyabusa from a 150mph roll. but i was in high boost mode (57psi)

try those mods first.

I think you forgot about the "sticker" forced induction method. You see when stickers of any performance brand are applied to your vehicle, the aerodynamics of the Neon increase by a factor of 10, along with this increase, you can easilly expect 10-20whp from these stickers. The stickers act as a form of forced compression on the engine and give you a tremedous boost in applied pressure. You can easilly expect 20psi of boost and 20whp per sticker.

No but seriously, its been done countless times, use the "search" button or look in the FORCED INDUCTION section...

I use it on multiple sites before I even think about asking a question.

SRTforums, Neons.org, 2gn.org, Google, and others.

Since this thread is n00bed out already, what's the issue with a S/C? Is it just because of the lack of room?

From what i understand the cost doesnt match the gains.

Aye, that makes sense. If it hadn't been for the Cobalt SS, I would've figured Supercharging any 4-cylinder would be useless anyway. Just seems like the S/C is better suited for V6-V8 and up... Oh well.

Hmmm, I'm sure with enough money, it could be done, but it's not cost-effective for most of us. Mostly just so you can say 'I have the only SC neon evar!'.
