I have the whole kit, but if just the muffler sounds anything like the full kit, you'll love it.

I was looking at the Magnaflow catback. There's a nice little set of brackets that mentions without swaybars so you may want to consider that. I don't know if that means their test vehicle didn't have them, or it won't fit if you have swaybars. For what it's worth I'm going to pick up an R/T catback. Stainless and it sounds nice and not ricey. The 2.5" piping will be a nice upgrade over my stock 2" pipes.

All I can say for sure is that any of those aftermarket headers (save the pacesetter perhaps) are better than the stock one. I think OBX has a website, but i dont know what it is for sure. anyone?
LT will help gain high end power and loose LOW end power - that is the common result. If you are going to go OBX, instead, go to your junk yard and find a smashed up r/t or acr and pull the header off of it - should run you no more than 50$ or find a used one here or on the other dotorg (Neons.org). You will save lots of money!
If you go the junkyard route, also pull the intake mani and head if still available!
oh please...i don't have a dyno before and after, but the stinking tti makes more power on top AND BOTTOM! that i according to my very accurate butt dyno. unless you're not wanting to hassle with replacing and relocating the cat then there is no decision to be made. long tube. geez peeps....
ooh...there's a glimmer of the dream left!!!

if it were me, id ditch the cat totally, run longtube to flex pipe to cutout, then straight out the back 2.5", and maybe throw a glasspack in there to muffle a bit. then id weld it all together, and when its emissions time, swap in the stock catback and your set. my pal is doing that with his PT turbo and it works great!

i live in alabama...what is emissions time? lol but ya im gunna go with the OBX header that kills the cat and it comes with a flex joint if im not mistaken and im gunna get the magnaflow "cat" back

short tube headers dont eliminate the cat theyre meant to directly replace the stocker usually. are u sure the OBX deletes the cat?

^yes
it comes with the Short Tube header and downpipe, the downpipe replaces the cat and the stcok Cat won't match up to the header unless you get an aftermarket cat or modify it.
